Life will feel extra confusing for you because you will have many interests and get bored easily.  This will never go away.  This world is not set up for people like you, but that’s ok.  You will move a lot and change careers.  People will criticize you because they don’t understand.  But stay true to what fuels you.  Never stop creating, it’s your lifeline.

It was a rather unremarkable morning in Dallas. I was traveling by myself, something I used to love but have grown to dislike. Preferring my husband as my personal Xanax for the crowds and post-covid travel chaos. But on this day, the normally tragic DFW airport was calm, quiet and dare I say…empty.

When I decided that I wanted to write a book, I (like anyone else who’s never done it) thought ‘how hard could this be?’ I remember sitting down around for the very first time to write this book.
